Your tasks

• Your area of tasks and responsibilities will be at the reception desk
• General reception duties (preparing menus/daily programs) and professional guest service throughout their stay
• You are the first and last point of contact for our guests when they have questions and requests
• You are the first point of contact and advise guests for their perfect vacation – personal attention is key here
• Receiving and processing reservations via phone and email
• Our reservation system is ProtelAir
• Assisting in the implementation of new tasks and goals
• Handling check-in and check-out procedures, as well as cash management
• Leading a shift with appropriate professional experience
• Supporting other departments
• Shift work: morning and/or evening shifts

What you have to offer

• Successfully completed vocational training in hotel management with professional experience
• Enthusiasm and passion for the profession
• Good manners, well-groomed appearance and sense of responsibility
• Friendliness and warmth, professional demeanor, and a sense of responsibility
• You are an honest, loyal individual and a 100 % team player
• Fluent German skills, both spoken and written, as well as English proficiency
• Very good computer skills
• Willingness to work on weekends with flexible working hours
• Organizational talent and a strong service mindset
